Cat grooming - what to pay attention to?

A proper grooming routine is one of the basic pillars of your pet's health and well-being. Cats spend a large part of the day cleaning their fur. However, sometimes even our little ones need a little help in taking care of their hygiene. Brush your cat once a week, and even daily during the shedding period to help them maintain their coat healthy and shiny. Regularly check cat's ears and clean them with a dedicated fluid when necessary. The inside of healthy and clean ears should only be covered with a thin layer of earwax. Gently clean the eye area with a damp cotton ball, especially if your cat has a problem with excessive tearing. Thanks to this, you will prevent discoloration on the hair under the eyes. If you have an outgoing cat, do not forget to bathe if your purr gets dirty somewhere. Choose natural, hypoallergenic ingredients and products designed for the pH of the cat's skin. Check your cat’s paws regularly for any wounds. In hot and cold weather, moisturise them with a beeswax-based product and try to avoid letting your cat’s feet touch uncomfortable surfaces.
